These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Bess Travel Concierge (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Bess Travel Concierge offers personalized travel planning, booking, visa support, cruises, tours, and related services. All services are provided based on the information and preferences you provide.
2. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment as specified in your itinerary or invoice.

Payment methods accepted include cash, money order, debit card, credit card, Zelle, or other methods agreed upon between the client and Bess Travel Concierge.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
3. Changes and Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel bookings must be made in writing.

Fees may apply for changes or cancellations depending on service providers’ policies (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, etc.).

Bess Travel Concierge will communicate any applicable fees prior to processing changes.
4. Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all passports, visas, and other travel documents are valid and meet entry requirements.

We provide visa assistance but are not responsible for denied entry or documentation issues.
5. Third-Party Services

We may arrange services through third-party providers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators).

While we strive to select reliable providers, Bess Travel Concierge is not liable for acts, errors, omissions, delays, or cancellations caused by third parties.
6. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips.

Clients are responsible for obtaining insurance coverage for health, trip cancellation, loss of property, or other risks.
7. Liability

Bess Travel Concierge acts as an agent and facilitator for travel arrangements.

Our liability is limited to the services directly provided by us and does not extend to third-party service providers.
8. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate information regarding travel dates, preferences, health conditions, and special requirements.

Follow the advice and instructions of service providers during travel.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York State. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New York State.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
