Refund Policy

At Bess Travel Concierge, we strive to provide exceptional, personalized travel services. Due to the nature of travel bookings and third-party arrangements, refunds are subject to the terms below.

1. General Policy

  • All payments are considered final unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the type of service, the policies of third-party providers (airlines, hotels, cruises, tours), and the timing of the request.

2. Travel Bookings

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Refunds, if applicable, are subject to fees imposed by service providers.

  • Any refund due from third-party providers will be passed on to the client after deducting applicable service fees.

3. Visa and Documentation Services

  • Fees for visa assistance, application processing, or document delivery are generally non-refundable once services have been initiated.

4. Custom Travel Planning Services

  • Fees for itinerary planning or personalized consultation are generally non-refundable once the planning process has begun. Airfare payments may be refundable or partially refundable depending on the airline’s ticket policy; some tickets may incur a change or cancellation fee, while non-refundable tickets are fully non-refundable. Fees paid for tour guides, third-party services, or other arrangements may be partially refundable depending on the amount already paid and the policies of the service providers.

5. Exceptions

  • In rare cases, Bess Travel Concierge may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion, based on circumstances beyond the client’s or our control (e.g., natural disasters, travel bans).

6. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment or as otherwise agreed upon.

  • Refunds may take up to 7 - 15 business days to process.
